Terms

Who these terms are with
ease.fm streams AI-generated instrumental music. These terms are the agreement between you and us, and they cover everything at ease.fm.
Using ease.fm means you accept them. For anything about these terms, write to legal@ease.fm.
No account
There are no accounts. Your votes, your Liked playlist and the playlists you save belong to the browser you listen in, and clearing its site data removes them.
You need to be at least 13, and if you are under 18 a parent or guardian has to agree to these terms for you.
What ease.fm is right now
ease.fm is in open beta. It costs nothing and no card is asked for, for as long as our hosting quotas allow.
A beta ships fast. Features move, break and disappear, the catalog changes under you, and data may be reset while things settle.
The music
Every track is generated by a music model, and we hold the rights to stream them to you.
You may listen on ease.fm for your own personal, non-commercial enjoyment, for as long as you keep using the service. Nothing is sold to you, and you own none of the music. You may not:
- Download, record or rip the audio, or keep copies of it.
- Republish, resell or redistribute tracks, or place them behind a video, podcast, game, stream or any other work, paid or free.
- Train models on the audio, or scrape the catalog or the API.
- Automate playback, or otherwise inflate plays or votes.
- Work around the rate limits or the bot check, or probe, attack or overload the service.
Ending it
You can stop at any time; clear this site's data in your browser and what was kept for you there goes with it. We can block access that breaks these terms, and we can end the beta or discontinue the service.
No warranty
ease.fm is provided as it is and as it happens to be available. We do not promise uptime, that a stream will not stop, or that a track you liked will still be in the catalog tomorrow.
Privacy
What we collect about you, and what we do with it, is set out in the privacy policy. It is part of this agreement.
